Current student or recent graduate in a natural resources field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Reliable, self-starting, and collaborative.
Valid WI driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with insurance.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk 2–4 miles/day on uneven terrain.
Willing to work outdoors in varied weather and environmental conditions.
Willingness and ability to obtain pesticide certifications and pay the license fee out of pocket.
Familiarity with invasive species, native plants, and conservation practices preferred.
Map reading/navigation skills preferred.
