The Phragmites Education Day on March 11 will be held at the Neustadter Nature Center at Collins Marsh from 4:30pm-6:30pm and will include presentations on:

• Species Identification

• Best practice control methods

• DATCP Licensing

• DNR Permits

• and more...

The DIY Phragmites Field Day on July 23 (Rain date: July 29) from 4:30pm-6:30pm will include an in-the-field example of how to properly handle chemicals, use equipment and treat an existing Phragmites population. Location is currently TBD in Manitowoc County.
