Aquatic Invasive Species Volunteers: We have on-going education, outreach and monitoring needs in Manitowoc and Sheboygan counties. If you care about preventing the spread of AIS, are willing to participate in the brief training, and have a day or two a month, please contact us.
Social media manager: Do you love creating engaging content for social media? We need you to help keep our Facebook page up to date! We are looking for someone to create 3-4 posts a week. Content would include promoting upcoming events, sharing photos from community events, and posting educational materials about our current projects i.e. aquatic invasive species, healthy forests, etc.
Invasive Species Management Intern
Glacierland RC&D is seeking an invasive species management intern for a limited-term position for the summer of 2021. This position will include a diverse work experience where interns will operate on a rotating schedule of mapping, control, and outreach duties. These positions will start June 1st and run through August 27th, 2021

Soil Conservationist Positions
Work in a joint capacity with Glacierland Resource Conservation & Development (Glacierland RC&D) and USDA Natural Resources Conservation Services (NRCS) to promote, accelerate enrollment, and coordinate and implement the conservation provisions of the Farm Bill. One position will be based in the NRCS Service Center in Appleton, Wisconsin and the other will be based in the NRCS Field Office in Chilton, Wisconsin, and both will provide conservation technical assistance to agricultural producers located in Northeast Wisconsin. The incumbents will be employees of Glacierland RC&D and will receive daily guidance from local NRCS staff.
